Realistic Capacitor Experiment Animation

I am looking for a 3D Animator who can also write a professional voice-over script for a YouTube video titled: "What happens when you connect a capacitor directly to a DC power source?".
The Workflow:
Scripting: You will write the educational script (3-5 minutes).
Review: I will review the script and record the voice-over (VO) myself.
Animation: You will create the 3D animation and sync it perfectly to my voice-over.
Visual Requirements:
3D visualization of a DC circuit (battery, wires, capacitor).
Microscopic view showing electrons moving and accumulating on plates.
Representation of the electrostatic field forming in the dielectric.
Visual demonstration of "inrush current" vs. "steady state."
Expertise in 3D software (3d max).
Ability to write clear, technical English scripts.
