Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced architectural designer / 3D visualizer to develop complete interior and exterior design concepts along with high-quality photorealistic renderings for a premium residential development.
The project includes 1-bedroom duplex and 2-bedroom apartments, 4.5-bedroom townhouses, and shared lobby/common areas. The objective is to create elegant, modern, and market-ready designs that align with our brand positioning and target audience.
Scope of Work:
Interior Design Concepts
Develop comprehensive interior design concepts for all designated units and common areas.
Prepare detailed layouts, furniture selections, finishes, and lighting plans for each space.
Exterior Design & Renderings
Refine and enhance the facade and exterior look of the apartment block and townhouses.
Produce high-quality renders from multiple angles (daytime and dusk views preferred).
Mood Boards & Material Palettes
Prepare mood boards, color schemes, and material selections tailored to our target audience (urban professionals, young families, and diaspora buyers).
Photorealistic Renderings
Deliver interior and exterior renderings of key spaces including:
Living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms
Common lobby and amenity spaces
Exterior perspectives and aerial views (optional)
Deliverables:
Design Concepts & Mood Boards (PDF format)
High-Resolution Renderings (minimum 4K quality)
Optional: 360° Virtual Views or Walkthrough (if available)
