Budget: $250 – $750 USD
A detailed PowerPoint (attached) walks you through the exact cabinetry, finishes, furniture references, and inspiration shots for three zones of this house. Please review it fully before you quote; the price and timeline you place in your bid must match what you submit after you have seen every slide.
Scope of work
• Kitchen + breakfast nook: one photorealistic rendering that captures the traditional millwork, lighting, and hardware shown in the file, presented in warm‐toned lighting.
• Dining room: one rendering in the same classic style and palette, showing the specified table, chairs, and rug.
• Living room: two alternative renderings so I can compare layouts and styling approaches, both keeping to the overall traditional theme and warm tones noted.
Everything you need—dimensions, furniture SKUs, material swatches, and viewpoint suggestions—is already listed in the PowerPoint, so there is no guesswork. Feel free to use 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Blender, or an equivalent tool so long as the final images are high-resolution and print-ready.
Revisions
After you deliver the initial images I may request a few minor tweaks (color balance, accessory swap, camera angle, cabinetry colors, etc.). Please include those adjustments in your offer; anything beyond small refinements can be scoped separately if needed.
Deliverables
1. Final high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders for each space (total of four images - kitchen and breakfast nook will need a couple angles for).
2. Native scene files with textures properly linked.
3. One round of minor edits at no extra cost.
