3D Photorealistic Renders and Video Walkthrough

I have a complete 3D SketchUp model of a restaurant interior and exterior. I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist or architectural visualizer who can take this model and produce:

High-quality, photorealistic still renders (interior and exterior angles)

A short photorealistic video walkthrough (approximately 30–60 seconds) that showcases the design and ambience

Deliverables:

5–10 still renders (to be discussed based on best views)

1 video walkthrough, professionally rendered and edited

All source files used in the rendering process (if possible)

What I’ll Provide:

The original SketchUp (.skp) file

Style references for lighting, materials, and overall mood

Any additional images or specifications needed

Requirements:

Strong portfolio with similar rendering and walkthrough work

Ability to work with existing SketchUp models

High attention to detail, lighting, and textures

Clear communication and regular updates
