Photorealistic 3D Renders –Mixed-Use Building Renovation (Tripoli, Greece)

I’m looking for a professional 3D artist / architectural visualizer to create photorealistic 3D renders for a building renovation project in Tripoli, Greece.

Project overview

6 studio apartments (approx. 20 m² each)

Ground floor: flexible space for a small store / shop / office

Basement common space: shared laundry + small gym

Terrace/rooftop: relaxation area (seating, greenery, lounge vibe)

Deliverables (initial scope)

Exterior: 3–4 views (front/angle, entrance, ground-floor frontage, terrace view)

Interior: typical studio (2 views) + bathroom (1 view)

Basement: 2 views (laundry + gym)

Ground floor (store/shop/office): 2 views

Terrace: 2 views (day + optional evening ambience)

What I will provide

Photos, plans/sketches/dimensions (PDF/DWG if available), and a style moodboard

Revisions

2 rounds of minor revisions included
