Photorealistic Kitchen & Living Renderings

I already have the architectural plans and final finish schedule for both my kitchen and living room; what I am missing are truly life-like visuals that let me feel the space before construction begins. I need high-resolution, photorealistic images that capture every selected material, colour, and lighting mood exactly as specified on the drawings.

You will receive the PDFs and finish legend the moment we start. From those files I expect a set of still renderings—ideally multiple angles of each room—delivered in a format I can share with my contractor and interior supplier. Speed matters: the build team is waiting, so I’m aiming to approve these visuals as soon as possible.

When you reply, please link to past work that demonstrates your ability to achieve a convincing, photographic level of realism. If you normally work in tools such as 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, Blender Cycles, or similar, mention that so I understand your workflow, but the critical factor will be the realism and the turnaround time.

Once we agree on the brief I’ll provide the DWG/OBJ exports, finish palettes, and any additional reference photos required.
