Photorealistic Japanese Kitchen Walkthrough
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I already have scaled elevations, plan views and full measurements of my post-and-beam kitchen, plus current-condition photos and a short video of the room. What I now need is a highly realistic, fully coloured 3D model and a smooth video walk-around that lets me see the space from every angle before I start fabrication and install.
The visual style must feel authentically Traditional Japanese while accommodating the concrete countertops I’ve selected and the Kitchen Aid Cream Avocado cabinet finish. Please place these finishes, the wall tile, flooring, appliances and lighting exactly where my drawings indicate so the final animation reflects the true construction sequence.
You’ll receive:
• PDF and DWG/DXF drawings (plans, elevations, sections)
• Reference photos and a smartphone video of the empty room
• A quick call or annotated screenshots whenever clarifications are needed
I’m expecting:
1. A textured 3D model suitable for VRay, Lumion, Twinmotion or similar real-time engine
2. One 60–90-second 1080p (or higher) walkthrough that travels the main circulation path, pauses at each work zone, and ends on an overhead fly-out
3. Still renders (minimum 3): main cooking area, sink/island, overall wide shot
Everything must be dimensionally accurate so that I, as the GC, can verify clearances and cabinet runs directly from the model. Native files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar) plus exported FBX/OBJ are required at hand-off.
Timeline is flexible but I’d like a first draft within one week of project start and final deliverables a week after feedback. If you’re comfortable hopping on quick Zoom check-ins and can match colours and textures precisely, let’s get started—I’m eager to “walk” through my future kitchen before I break ground.
