Photorealistic Interior Project Renders
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have an upcoming architectural presentation and want a suite of interior images that instantly communicates the atmosphere, materials, and lighting of the design. All renders must look photo-real—subtle reflections on polished concrete, accurate daylight penetration through glazing, and believable textures everywhere from timber joinery to soft furnishings.
Scope
• Spaces: the focus is purely interior; I’ll share floor plans, mood boards, and reference photos for each room.
• Style: clean, contemporary, true-to-life colour and scale.
• Resolution: final stills at 4 K (minimum 3840 px on the long edge) in JPEG and PNG, suitable for large-format print and HD screens.
• Process: I’ll supply comments at each milestone; two revision rounds are included so we can adjust camera angles, materials, or lighting before sign-off.
Timing
Quality trumps speed—there’s no fixed deadline, but I do appreciate a realistic schedule for previews and finals once you see the brief.
Deliverables
1. Preview clay/model shots for quick confirmation of composition.
2. High-resolution, color-corrected final renders (JPEG/PNG).
3. Native project files on completion.
