Virtual Interior Rendering of Apartment (Empty + Furnished Versions)


Project Description

I am looking for a skilled 3D artist or architectural visualisation expert to create high-quality interior renderings of an apartment based on provided materials.

You will receive:

A full set of reference images of the current apartment
A floor plan (including a gallery/upper level)
Scope of Work

Your task is to create high-quality interior renderings of the apartment in two versions per area:

1. Layout & Structure
All renderings must strictly follow the floor plan
The apartment consists of:
A main level
An open gallery (upper level) → must be clearly visualised
2. Two Visual Versions per Scene

For each area/room, you must create:

Version A – Empty Apartment
Completely empty (no furniture, no decoration)
Only fixed elements remain:
Kitchen
Bathrooms
Clean, bright, and realistic
Version B – Furnished Apartment
Same perspective as Version A, but:
Add modern, warm, high-quality furniture
Add matching curtains (modern, warm style)
Create a harmonious, premium living atmosphere
Style:
Contemporary
Elegant
Warm tones (not cold/minimalistic)
3. Important Requirement – Remove Existing Furniture
Any existing furniture from the reference images must NOT appear
You must:
Completely remove existing furniture
Replace it (only in furnished version) with new, modern staging
The result must look clean and intentionally designed, not edited
4. Materialisation & Finishes
Keep all existing materials and finishes:
Floors
Walls
Kitchen
Bathrooms
No redesign of surfaces or structure
Only visual enhancement and realistic upgrade
5. Visual Style & Quality
The apartment should appear:
Bright
Spacious
High-quality / well-maintained
Optimise:
Camera angles (better than original photos)
Lighting (prefer natural light)
Room perception (wide angles where useful)
6. Renderings Required

You must deliver:

7 different perspectives / scenes (e.g. living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, gallery)
For each scene:
1 × empty version
1 × furnished version

Total: 14 renderings

Include:

At least one strong rendering of the gallery (upper level)
A good mix of:
Wide-angle shots
Selected detail perspectives
Technical Requirements
High-resolution images (minimum 3000px width)
Photorealistic quality
Correct proportions and realistic lighting
Consistent perspective between empty and furnished version
Deliverables
14 final rendered images (JPG or PNG)
Optional: source files (to be agreed)
