Photorealistic House 3D Renders

I need a complete, production-ready 3D model of a new residential house and a suite of photorealistic visuals that I can use during an upcoming design review with my clients. The brief covers every visible part of the project: exterior massing with landscaping, façade details, and a full interior package that includes living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, circulation spaces—essentially the entire house.

Here’s what I’m expecting from you:

• A clean, well-organised native 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender—whichever you’re most comfortable with) plus exported formats I can open in Revit for coordination.
• High-resolution still renders for both daylight and evening moods. I’ll need a minimum of five exterior angles and at least one keyed view for every major interior space.
• Realistic materials, furniture, lighting, and décor that match my mood-board references (I’ll supply these once we start).
• Two rounds of minor revisions so I can fine-tune finishes and camera angles before sign-off.

If you already work with Corona, V-Ray, or Lumion for your final output, great—just let me know; otherwise feel free to propose your preferred rendering engine as long as the end result is photoreal. I’ll share the latest architectural drawings and reference photos as soon as we kick off.
