Photorealistic 3D Farmhouse Walkthrough

High-resolution CAD plans of a modern farmhouse are ready; they now need to be transformed into a cinematic, photorealistic 3-D video. The finished piece should flow seamlessly from exterior architecture through key interior spaces and out to the surrounding landscaping, showcasing every design decision in its best light.

Style & Atmosphere
The design language is modern farmhouse—clean contemporary lines paired with warm, lived-in character. Natural wood, brushed metal and complementary stone accents must read convincingly up close, with true-to-life reflections, grain and weathering.

Essential Focus Areas
• Interior design: kitchen, great-room, master suite and main circulation zones
• Exterior architecture: façade, rooflines, porches and window details
• Landscaping: hardscape, plantings and outdoor living spaces seamlessly integrated with the house

Required Deliverables
1. A 60- to 90-second 3-D walkthrough video (MP4, 4K and 1080p versions) that begins curb-side, moves indoors, and finishes with aerial or dolly shots of the landscaping.
2. 6–10 high-resolution still frames for marketing and print.
3. All native scene files (3ds Max/Blender/Lumion, etc.) organised and ready for future edits.

Acceptance Criteria
• Realistic PBR materials for wood, metal and stone, matching sample references I will supply.
• Consistent lighting: balanced daylight plus optional dusk shots for mood.
• Smooth camera paths with no clipping, flicker or noise at final render.
• Final video delivered free of watermarks and ready for immediate client presentation.

CAD files, reference photos and mood boards will be shared upon project start.
