Photorealistic Architectural Building Renders

I need high-end, photorealistic visuals that show every angle of my new building—inside and out. You will receive complete drawings and material schedules; your task is to translate them into striking 3D imagery that convincingly sells the design to investors and future occupants.

The scope covers both the exterior façade and a curated set of interior spaces. Daylight and evening atmospheres should feel natural, with realistic lighting, reflections, and textures that match the specifications I provide for stone, glass, wood, and soft furnishings. Software choice is up to you—V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, Blender, Unreal Engine, or similar—as long as the end result is crisp, lifelike, and ready for large-format print and screen presentations.

Deliverables
• 4K-resolution stills: at least four exterior views and six interior views covering lobby, typical floor, and key amenities
• Native project files with linked assets and textures, clearly organised
• One round of refinements after initial draft to fine-tune lighting, materials, and camera angles
