Photoreal Modern Home Renders

I have already modelled an entire house and would like to transform my raw 3D work into polished, photoreal images that will impress buyers and agents alike. The ultimate goal is a real-estate presentation, so I need you to concentrate your time on the living room and kitchen: those two spaces have to feel bright, welcoming, and unmistakably modern.

You will receive my current model files and reference screenshots. From there, please refine materials, tune the lighting, add realistic furniture and décor that sit comfortably in a modern aesthetic, and render final stills that look as if they were photographed on location.

Deliverables:
• 5–7 high-resolution renders (4K) of the living room and kitchen from varying, market-friendly angles
• Source project files with all textures and lighting intact
• A brief note on the workflow and settings you used, so I can reproduce or tweak scenes later
