I have architectural plans for a modern coastal residence in Florida and now need two hero images that truly sell the design: one of the front elevation and one of the rear. The look is contemporary—clean volumes, generous glazing, and that bright, airy vibe you only get in the tropics.

You will translate the drawings into fully detailed, photo-realistic renderings that capture natural Florida light, realistic vegetation, and accurate material reflections. Think “marketing-ready” visuals suitable for web, print, and investor decks.

Deliverables
• High-resolution JPEG/PNG (4K minimum) of the front elevation
• High-resolution JPEG/PNG (4K minimum) of the rear elevation
• Source file from your preferred pipeline—3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, Lumion, Blender + Cycles, etc.—so later edits remain possible
• One round of minor tweaks after first review
