Project Title:
Architectural Design & 3D Visualization for Two-Storey Neo-Classical Villa – Oman
Project Overview:
I am seeking a highly skilled architect or architectural firm to design a luxurious two-storey residential villa named “Rumais Raihan”, located on a middle land plot of 600 m² (20m × 30m) in Oman. The design should reflect Neo-Classical architecture with a strong emphasis on symmetry, elegance, and functionality. All work must meet high-quality residential standards and comply with GCC/Omani building codes.
Land & Building Constraints:
Plot Size: 20m (width) × 30m (depth) = 600 m²
Setbacks:
Front: 5 meters
Rear: 3 meters
Left & Right: 2 meters each
Buildable Area (Ground): 16m × 22m = 352 m²
Target Built-up Area: 400–450 m² total (Ground + First Floor)
Design Scope & Requirements:
Ground Floor:
- Men's Majlis (formal sitting area) with:
Semi-private access
Partition (sliding/folding) to the main hall
Private double sink area and bathroom.
- Main Hall (family sitting area) with:
Separate double sink area
Separate toilet (no shower)
- Dining Area
- Central Courtyard (open to sky or glass-roofed) visible from all main rooms
- Open Kitchen with Island
- U-shaped Pantry with access from kitchen via a separate door.
- 1 Bedroom Suite with attached bathroom and small dressing area.
- Indoor Storage Room
- Indoor Linen Store
- Indoor Utility/Tool Storage
- Grand Staircase with a Glass Lift in the middle, if possible to optimize space.
First Floor:
- Master Bedroom Suite with:
