Modular System Scientific 3D Illustration

Job ID: 39575904

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

My system consists of modular components, including fluidic delivery systems, heating modules, inline characterization flow cells (PL spectroscopy and UV-Vis analysis), and automated slug formation and transport mechanisms.

Modules to Illustrate:
Fluidic Delivery Module
Syringe pump and tubing for precursor injection.
Precise slug formation showing alternating segments of reagents and inert fluids (e.g., argon, ODE).
Demonstrate slug injection and flow through transparent tubing.
Heating Module (Helical Reactor)
Clearly depict a stainless-steel (SS) tubing coiled in a helical structure.
Show heating cartridges and thermistor positions.
Visually indicate heat gradient or temperature zones (e.g., colored gradient from cooler to hotter temperatures).
Demonstrate slug transport, fragmentation, and reaction within the heated coil.
Inline Characterization Flow Cell
Illustrate cuvette-shaped or rectangular quartz cell.
Depict laser excitation and detection optics (PL spectroscopy setup).
Show slug entering flow cell, measurement occurring, and exit pathway.
Slug Dynamics and Wettability
Detailed close-ups of liquid slugs moving within SS/PTFE tubing.
Clearly indicate wettability, slug breakdown, or merging events.
Automation & Digital Integration
Depict machine learning and automation aspects visually (e.g., computers, AI algorithm visualization).
Include flowcharts or automated loops representing the autonomous experimental workflow.

Software Skills:
Adobe Illustrator
