Modular CQB Arena Plan & 3D
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need a complete concept package for a temporary modular CQB sports sector measuring 30 × 40 m (1 200 m²). The core of the job is a scaled 1:100 2D master plan and a matching 3D visualization that feels authentic yet follows a Traditional aesthetic. The entire layout must be safe for up to 20 participants, with realistic clearances and movement corridors.
Key zoning elements to incorporate:
• One dominant central structure
• A main “street” roughly 3 m wide
• Secondary corridors between 1.5 – 2 m wide
• 10–14 modular wooden buildings standing 2.2 – 2.5 m high
• Overall coverage ratio kept between 35 – 50 % of the site
For the 3D work I’m looking for moderate detail: solid geometry, accurate proportions, and applied textures/materials that convey the wooden construction, without full photorealistic rendering.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Scaled 2D plan (DWG or similar) at 1:100
2. 3D model with the above zoning, exported in SketchUp format (my preferred workflow)
3. All source files so I can adjust modules later if needed
