Modern G+2 3D Visualization
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹4,000 INR
I need a detailed, G+2 storied 3D model and a set of photorealistic renders to communicate a modern design to clients and consultants. The goal is pure architectural visualization, so realism, clean geometry and contemporary materiality are essential.
The assignment covers the full exterior and selected interior spaces; the facade must look striking from street level while key rooms inside feel lived-in and inviting. I will supply all drawings and reference finishes once we agree to proceed.
Deliverables
• An editable master model in your preferred software, plus FBX/OBJ export
• A minimum of six hi-res (4 K) stills—day and night—showing façade angles and interior perspectives
Acceptance criteria
• Geometry faithful to the drawings within ±5 cm
• Materials, lighting and shadows consistent with a modern aesthetic
• Renders ready for print and web with no visible noise or artifacts
Please tell me which toolset you plan to use (3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, SketchUp + Enscape, etc.) and your estimated turnaround. I’m ready to start as soon as we lock in scope and timing.
