Modern Villa Interior Plans

We are looking for a creative and practical Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer for our upcoming luxury Airbnb project in India. The overall theme, wall colors, and flooring have already been finalized.

We now need an expert who can refine the interiors and help bring the concept to life.

Scope of Work:

- Suggest design improvements based on our current layout
- Create 3D models / realistic renders of the room
- Design custom POP / false ceiling concepts according to our layout
- Recommend furniture placement for best space utilization
- Design bed backdrop / bed style
- Suggest feature wall designs
- Design main doors / bathroom doors.
- Recommend suitable materials, finishes, textures, lighting, and hardware available in India
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetic, and Airbnb guest-friendly

- Theme finalized
- Wall colors finalized
- Flooring finalized

What We Need From You:

- Fresh creative ideas with premium hospitality feel
- Experience in luxury, tropical, resort, Bali, modern boutique, or Airbnb interiors
- Ability to communicate clearly and revise designs if needed
- Deliverable mood boards / concept visuals / 3D renders
