Modern Villa Interior & Plans

I will give you the full AutoCAD core-and-shell files for a newly built three-storey villa (375 m² of enclosed space, garden excluded). From there, I need a complete interior design package developed in a clean, modern style.

The first focus is on the living room, all bedrooms, and the kitchen-dining zone, but ultimately every room must be modelled. Once the 3D work is done, I need:

• High-quality 3D renders of every finished space
• A seamless virtual tour (walk-through or 360°) that lets the owners explore room by room
• Dimensioned 2D plans extracted from the model and delivered in PDF (keep the original layers intact for clear reading)
• Separate BOQs: one for all finish materials, one for all loose & built-in furniture, each itemised with descriptions and quantities
• Coordinated plumbing and electrical layouts that tie back to the proposed furniture and lighting scheme

Use whichever pipeline suits you best—3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, Revit + Lumion—so long as the final files are easy to review and minor tweaks can be made in common CAD or BIM software.
