Modern Villa Exterior & Landscape Visualization
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am commissioning a full 3-D visualization package for a new triple-storey villa. The overall aesthetic must be unapologetically modern, showing generous planes of glass paired with sleek marble wall-cladding that runs floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall wherever it is featured.
The job covers both architecture and site-work: high-resolution exterior renders, detailed landscaping scenes, and any supporting assets needed to communicate scale, materiality, and lighting. Key outdoor elements to weave seamlessly into the composition include a rim-flow swimming pool, a secondary pool with waterfall edge, formal and informal garden zones, an elegant water fountain, a small orchard, and a rooftop helipad. Daytime, dusk, and night lighting studies should highlight how transparency, reflection, and landscape lighting interact with the villa’s glass and marble surfaces.
Deliverables
• 4–6 photoreal still renders (min 4K) that cover front, rear, side elevations, and an aerial master shot
• 1 short fly-around or walk-through animation (30–45 sec) to illustrate spatial flow and the helipad approach
• Native 3-D file(s) in the software you prefer—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or Rhino—plus exported OBJ/FBX for compatibility
• Separate layered PSD files or EXR passes for post-production tweaks
• A simplified site plan highlighting placement of pools, fountain, waterfall, orchards, garden beds, lighting fixtures, and access to the helipad
Acceptance criteria
The final renders must accurately depict material textures (glass reflectivity, marble veining, water dynamics), balanced day and night lighting, and realistic vegetation. All specified landscape features should be present, scaled correctly, and integrated so that no element feels like an afterthought.
Kindly include a concise breakdown of your workflow, preferred software, and the approximate turnaround you need once all reference drawings are provided. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on milestones and file-exchange protocols.
