Modern Two-Story 3D Rendering
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I will supply the full 2-D floor plans for both levels of my house and need a complete 3-D visualization that covers everything—from curb appeal right through to the smallest interior detail.
Scope
• Exterior: façade, roofline, window and door styling, lighting, landscaping and hard-scape elements rendered in a clean modern vocabulary.
• Interior: living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, halls, stairwell and storage spaces modeled individually so I can review each room on its own as well as in context.
Design direction
– Overall style: Modern
– Colour palette: bold, vibrant accents over balanced neutrals so rooms feel lively yet cohesive.
– Floors: tiles throughout; please coordinate complementary marble or granite only where it makes sense for countertops, backsplashes or decorative inlays.
– Furnishings: realistic modern pieces placed to demonstrate flow and practical clearances.
– Lighting & fixtures: contemporary profiles with careful attention to colour temperature so the bolder hues read correctly.
Deliverables
1. Editable 3-D model (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or comparable) with organised layers/groups.
2. High-resolution still renders: at least two angles per room plus four exterior views (day & dusk).
3. Short walkthrough animation (30–60 sec) that moves from street view through the main living spaces.
4. Source file for all texture maps and material libraries used.
Acceptance criteria
• All rooms match the provided 2-D dimensions within 1 cm tolerance.
• Tile layouts, grout lines and pattern repeats are visible at realistic scale.
• Colour values follow the agreed palette; I will approve a sample board before final rendering.
• Final files open error-free on my end.
