Modern Two-Story House 3D Visualization

I’m looking for a professional in architectural 3D modeling and visualization to develop a two-story introspective residence with a rooftop terrace, with the following layout:

Ground floor: parking area, vertical circulation, and one 3-bedroom apartment with an interior garden.

First floor: two apartments, each with 2 bedrooms.

Terrace: accessible, with two laundry rooms.

I will provide the architectural plans in AutoCAD (.DWG) at the start of the project.

Scope of Work:

Complete 3D modeling with furniture (for client review).

Adjustments and corrections based on client feedback.

Final renders:

3 exterior renders (high quality, realistic lighting).

1 interior walkthrough (short animation or video showing the main spaces).

Deliverables:

Editable 3D file (Blender, 3ds Max, or SketchUp preferred).

Final renders in high resolution.

Interior walkthrough video.
