Modern Retail Storefront Render

I need a realistic render that presents a modern look for a retail storefront I’m planning. The visual should clearly show how the façade, branded signage and logo, illuminated window displays, and exterior lighting will work together after construction.

You can build the scene in the software you’re most comfortable with—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar—as long as the final output is a set of high-resolution stills (day and night views) plus the source file so my architect can make tweaks later. Clean glass reflections, accurate lighting temperatures, and true-to-scale proportions are important; the goal is a presentation board I can share with investors and the mall’s review committee.
