Modern Restaurant Interior Design Visuals

I have a compact 125 m² space that I’m converting into a restaurant and I need a seasoned interior designer to turn the blank shell into a distinctly modern dining experience. The primary focus is the dining area; the kitchen and restrooms are already planned, so your energy can go into creating an inviting front-of-house layout that feels open yet comfortably seats guests at tables and chairs.

What I’m looking for
• A full interior concept in a clean, contemporary style—think sleek lines, balanced lighting, and a palette that feels fresh without being cold.
• A space plan that shows traffic flow, table placement, and any feature walls or focal points.
• Photorealistic 3D renders (minimum 4 angles) plus a short video walkthrough or 360-degree panorama so I can virtually “walk” clients through the proposal before build-out.
• Source files so my contractor can reference measurements (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender—use whichever you prefer as long as the dimensions are accurate).
• A simple materials list noting finishes, key furniture pieces, and lighting fixtures.

I will provide the floor plan with exact dimensions as soon as we start. Please share samples of similar restaurant work—particularly modern concepts in small footprints—so I can see how you solve space challenges. Once we’re aligned on the mood board, I’d like first drafts within a week, with two revision rounds to refine details.
