Modern Residential 3D Interior Renders

I need photorealistic 3-D visuals that capture a fresh, modern feel for three areas of a residential project: the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. My goal is to end up with presentation-ready images that clearly communicate materials, lighting, and furniture layout so the can sign off on the design without guesswork and hand it over to the contractor for execution.

You’re free to use the software that best fits your workflow—3ds Max + V-Ray, Corona, Blender Cycles, SketchUp + Enscape, or a comparable tool—as long as the final renders look consistent and contemporary. I have the autocad floor plan, reference pictures which go with what i am looking forward to.

Deliverables
• fully textured, lit scenes for each room (living room, kitchen, bedroom)
• high-resolution still images per scene (4K PNG or JPEG) from agreed camera angles
• Source scene files with all linked assets so we can tweak finishes later if needed

Acceptance criteria
– Style matches the modern references I provide (clean lines, neutral palette, subtle accents)
– Accurate scale and furniture placement based on my CAD or SketchUp plan
– Realistic lighting that works for both daytime and evening shots
– No visible modeling or texture errors at 4K resolution
