Modern Residential 3D Interior Rendering

I need photorealistic 3D visuals for a full-home makeover and already have a clear modern mood board with autocad drawings and reference images to share the moment we start. The scope covers the living room, bedrooms, kitchen and all bathrooms; every space should speak the same sleek, contemporary language while still feeling warm and livable.

Once you receive my dimensions, finishes and inspiration images, I’d like you to build accurate models, apply materials, light each scene realistically and deliver cinematic stills that I can use to present the concept to clients and contractors.

Deliverables
• 4K still renders for every room (at least 3 angles per space)
• Source scene files in your native software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, etc.) with textures linked
• A round of revisions on lighting, materials or styling so we nail the final look

Please factor in consistent daylight tone, subtle accent lighting and real-world furniture sizing so the images translate directly into execution. If you can provide optional 360° panoramas or short fly-throughs, let me know—I’m open to adding those as extras.
