Modern Residential Interior Designer

I’m renovating my home and want a fresh, modern look throughout. I’m open to bringing a designer on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on your availability, but I do need someone who can commit to ongoing collaboration—from the first mood board right through to final installation touches.

The project centres on residential interiors with a modern aesthetic. Clean lines, smart storage ideas, and a restrained colour palette that still feels warm are key to the outcome I’m after. You should feel at ease preparing scaled floor plans, 3D visualisations (SketchUp, Revit, or your preferred software), and detailed FF&E schedules so that contractors can work from unambiguous specs.

Deliverables I expect along the way:
• Concept boards and colour schemes for each designated space
• 2-3 layout options with furniture plans and elevations
• Photorealistic renders for sign-off
• A concise materials and furniture list with sourcing links and lead times
• Installation guidelines so the build team can execute without constant oversight

Good communication is essential. I’d like weekly check-ins—video or chat—to review progress and adjust direction quickly when needed.
