Modern Residential Exterior 3D Renders

I need photo-realistic exterior images for a modern single-family residence. The goal is to sell the design concept to owners and investors, so lighting, material realism, and curated landscaping all have to read instantly from the first glance.

What I’d like to see in each shot:
• Evening and daytime exterior lighting that feels authentic and inviting
• True-to-spec textures and materials—glass, metal, concrete, wood grains, the works
• Soft-scaped and hard-scaped landscaping that frames the house naturally

Deliverables
• 3–4 high-resolution stills (minimum 4K) from key angles
• Source scene and model files in the package you build with (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar)
• One round of revisions for fine-tuning colours, textures, or camera angles
