Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a complete CAD model and need it transformed into a rich set of marketing-ready visuals. The building follows a clean, modern aesthetic, so materials, lighting, and furnishings should reinforce that style throughout.
Here’s what I need delivered:
• High-resolution still renders – interior and exterior perspectives that convincingly portray finishes, daylight, and night accents.
• A smooth 60–90 second walkthrough video that guides viewers through key spaces, with special attention to the architectural design and interior décor details.
• A few interactive 360-degree views for easy upload to web or mobile viewers.
I will provide the CAD file, basic material references, and a short storyboard for camera paths. Final outputs should arrive in 4K (video in MP4/H.264, stills in PNG or JPG), along with any native scene files (3ds Max, Blender, or similar) so future edits remain possible.
Photorealistic texturing, accurate scale, and fluid camera movement are essential. If you can also add light landscaping context, that’s a bonus but not mandatory.
Please outline your preferred software pipeline (V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Unreal Engine, etc.), estimated turnaround, and the revision structure you include. Once the first draft is in, I’ll review and send concise feedback so we can iterate quickly to final approval.
