Modern Property 3D Renderings

I’m preparing a new listing and need my architect’s 2-D floor plan transformed into eye-catching, modern 3-D visuals—both interior and exterior—so potential buyers can immediately picture themselves in the space. The base drawings are ready in PDF and DWG; what’s missing are the photorealistic renders that sell the story.

Style & scope
• Modern aesthetic throughout, with clean lines, neutral materials, and contemporary lighting.
• Full coverage: façade, landscaping, key interior rooms, and any shared amenities, all consistent in look and mood.

Timing
Speed matters. An initial set of drafts within a few days and final, high-resolution images right after revisions will keep us on schedule for an ASAP market launch.

Deliverables
1. Exterior hero render (street-level)
2. Exterior rear/yard perspective
3. Two interior wide-angle shots per main area (living-dining, kitchen, primary suite)
4. Source files + layered Photoshop or multi-channel EXR for any post-production tweaks

Technical notes
I’m comfortable with output from 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, or Blender + Cycles—choose whichever you work fastest in, as long as the final stills arrive at 4K resolution with realistic lighting, accurate materials, and minimal noise. If you can also supply a short camera fly-through, mention it; that would be a nice bonus.

Acceptance criteria
• True-to-plan dimensions and window/door placements
• Consistent color palette and furniture proportional to the space
• Even, natural-looking illumination—no blown highlights or murky shadows
• Final JPG/PNG ready for web listings plus TIFF for print brochures
