Modern Photorealistic Architectural Visualizations
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a skilled 3D artist to turn my architectural plans into striking, photo-real renderings with a clean modern vibe. You’ll receive the CAD drawings, reference photos, material specs and a mood board; your job is to translate them into images that look like finished, camera-ready spaces.
Scope
• Model the exterior shell and key landscape elements accurately from my drawings.
• Apply modern materials, lighting and furnishings that match the provided style guide.
• Render high-resolution stills (minimum 4 K) from several agreed viewpoints—daytime and dusk shots in particular.
• Supply the final PNG/JPEG images plus the original scene files with all textures, shaders and lighting intact.
Preferred workflow
I’m flexible on tools—3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, Blender with Cycles, SketchUp + Lumion, Cinema 4D + Redshift, or a similar professional pipeline. What matters is clean geometry, realistic PBR materials and convincing global illumination.
Acceptance
The work is complete when the images look indistinguishable from high-end architectural photography, colours match my material palette, and I can open the source file and tweak minor items without missing assets.
