Modern Penthouse Renderings

I already have a two-storey villa design in hand and the drawings are attached. I now want to raise the project to three floors by adding a sleek penthouse level and I need fresh, exclusive visualisations that show how the entire villa will look once this modern crown is placed on top.

The new floor must read as a seamless extension of the existing contemporary language—clean lines, refined materials, nothing traditional or industrial slipping in. Internally it will serve as a full living space, so the renders should capture an open-concept flow that still hosts several distinct rooms, all washed in daylight from generous floor-to-ceiling glazing. Exterior perspectives should highlight the new massing and how the fenestration, balconies and roofline integrate with the lower floors.

Acceptance criteria
• Updated 3D model reflecting a third floor and roof terrace
• High-resolution exterior hero shot + two complementary angles
• Minimum three interior views that showcase the open layout, individual rooms and large windows
• Source files in native format (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max—or whichever software you work in) alongside print-ready JPEG/PNG renders
• Revisions until the added level aligns perfectly with the existing modern aesthetic

This is purely a visualisation task; no structural drawings are required at this stage. If something in the base model needs tweaking to fit the new level, just flag it and I’ll supply the corrections. Looking forward to seeing the villa elevated—literally and visually.
