I’m renovating an open-space that will blend the kitchen and living room into one seamless area, and I need a designer who can translate my ideas into a modern layout finished in calm, neutral tones.
Key style cues
• Modern aesthetic throughout both zones
• Palette built around soft neutrals—think warm whites, greige, subtle wood textures
Must-have feature
* L shaped kitchen
• A functional island with comfortable seating, stove and a sink that naturally anchors the space and supports casual dining, food prep, and socialising
What I’ll supply
Room measurements, existing photos, and inspiration references as soon as we start.
What I need back
1. Two to three layout options showing traffic flow between kitchen and living area
2. 3D visualisations or realistic renders that capture lighting, materials, and furnishings
3. A simple materials & finishes board so I can source cabinetry, worktops, flooring, and lighting with confidence
