Modern Office 3D Renders

I have completed the space-planning and material palette for a modern office and now need polished, photo-realistic 3D visuals that bring the concept to life. The scope covers three key zones: the reception area, conference room, and open workstations.

You will receive the floor plans, reference elevations, finish schedule, and mood images. Using those, please create still renders that accurately capture lighting, materiality, and furniture placement in a clean modern style. I am comfortable with whichever tool you prefer—3ds Max + V-Ray, Corona, Blender, SketchUp + Enscape—as long as the final output looks consistent with the references.

Deliverables
• High-resolution JPEG/PNG renders for each zone (multiple angles as needed to communicate the design)
• Source files organised and layered for easy edits
• Up to two rounds of minor revisions to finesse colours, lighting, or props
