I’m ready to refresh our entire office and want every corner to speak a clean, modern language. The brief is open-ended on purpose: I’d like your professional direction on space planning, mood boards, material selection and final 3D visualisations that capture a contemporary aesthetic.

You may propose layouts and finishes for workstations, meeting rooms or the reception area—whichever zones you believe will deliver the strongest overall impact once you’ve reviewed the floor plan. Think streamlined furniture, neutral palettes with bold accents, smart lighting and practical storage that keeps the space uncluttered yet inviting.

Deliverables I expect:
• Initial concept board illustrating colour palette, furniture style and key materials
• Scaled floor plan with recommended layout
• At least three high-quality 3D renders showing day and night lighting scenarios
• A concise materials and furniture list with indicative sources or suppliers
