I’m ready to refresh our office and I’m looking for a designer who can turn the space into a clean, modern workplace. The exact floor area and current layout will be shared once we start talking, but the goal is to create a cohesive look that feels professional yet welcoming to staff and visitors alike.

What I need from you:
• A modern concept that covers layout, colour palette, furniture and lighting suggestions
• 2-3 mood boards or concept boards to guide decisions
• 3D visualisations (or high-quality renders) so everyone can picture the result before we build
• A final schematic or annotated floor plan outlining chosen finishes, key measurements and furniture placement

Please attach examples of past office or commercial interiors you’ve completed. Portfolio images, links or before-and-after slides are perfect—the clearer, the better. I’ll shortlist based on style compatibility and the quality of previous work, then we can discuss timeline and any site constraints.
