Modern Office Entrance 3D Design

I need a fresh, modern concept for the 25 m² entrance of our company’s headquarters. The goal is simple: as soon as someone steps through the door, they should feel a sense of contemporary professionalism that echoes our brand. I will hand over the exact measurements, site photos and a brief outlining our logo usage; you transform that information into a fully realised 3D vision.
Scope of work
– Design only this entrance zone; the rest of the office is out of scope.
– Keep the aesthetic unmistakably modern—clean lines, smart materials, subtle tech-forward touches.
– Choose colours and finishes you believe best serve the concept; I’m open to neutrals, bold contrasts or a curated palette you propose.
Deliverables
• Minimum two high-resolution still renders from key viewpoints.
• One annotated layout (PDF or image) showing furniture placement and circulation.
• Editable source file in your preferred software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar).
Acceptance criteria
1. The renders accurately reflect the provided dimensions and branding guidelines. we have all technical sheet and 2d drawing.
2. Lighting and materials look realistic under typical office illumination.
3. All objects are modelled cleanly and grouped/layered logically within the source file.
Timeline
A first draft render within seven days of project start, with final files delivered after one round of refinements.
