I am updating my entire living space and want a cohesive, modern look carried through the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The palette should stay within calm, neutral tones—think layered whites, soft greys, and warm natural textures—while the overall aesthetic remains clean-lined and contemporary.

You will translate this vision into a full interior concept:
• Mood board that captures the modern, neutral direction
• Scaled floor plans showing furniture-layout options
• Photorealistic 3D renders for each room (living room, kitchen, bedroom)
• A concise materials and finishes sheet so I can source items locally

File delivery in PDF and the original source format is preferred (SketchUp or 3ds Max for models; AutoCAD or similar for plans). Accuracy to common building standards is important, as I will hand these to my contractor once approved.
