Modern Mixed-Use Building Rendering
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I need a set of high-quality 3D renderings that bring a six-story, mixed-use building to life in a clean, contemporary style. The concept combines ground-floor retail with five levels of residential space above, so the visuals must clearly convey that balanced commercial-and-living character while celebrating modern lines, generous glazing, and a crisp façade treatment.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Exterior daytime and dusk renders showing street context, façade materials, and lighting
• A hero perspective that highlights pedestrian-level activity around the retail frontage
• One aerial or elevated shot to illustrate overall massing and roof design
Modeling can be done in the tool you’re most comfortable with—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender or similar—as long as the final images are delivered in high-resolution PNG/JPEG along with the original source file for future edits.
