Modern Minimalist Home Room Renderings
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I’m refreshing a residential interior and need high-quality 3D visualizations to finalize finishes and furnishings. The brief is simple: deliver photorealistic, modern yet minimalist-style renderings for three separate rooms—living room, kitchen, and bedroom (extra cost for more)
Scope
• Model each room based on my provided floor plans, reference photos, and furniture lists.
• Apply a cohesive minimalist aesthetic: clean lines, neutral palette, and uncluttered layouts.
• Produce at least two daylight angles and one atmospheric evening shot per room (total nine images).
• Include realistic materials, accurate lighting, and subtle styling touches that reinforce the minimalist look.
Deliverables
1. High-resolution JPG or PNG renders (minimum 4K) for every angle.
2. Editable source files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar) with organized layers for easy future tweaks.
3. A brief PDF listing key materials, paint codes, and furniture references used in each scene.
What I’ll Provide
• Measured 2d Birds Eye plans in DWG/PDF.
• Inspiration images and a preliminary furniture list.
• Quick feedback at each milestone (initial clay model, first textured draft, final pass).
Preferred tools include V-Ray, Corona, or Cycles, but I’m flexible as long as the result is photorealistic. Accuracy to dimensions and lighting realism are critical acceptance criteria.
Timeline: I’d like first drafts within one week of award and final deliverables within two to 3 weeks. Let me know your workflow, past minimalist interiors you’ve rendered, and any questions that will help you hit the ground running.
