Modern Minimalist Apartment Interior Design – Moodboards, Layouts & 3D Renders Only (No Execution)
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a brand-new residential apartment that is a completely empty shell, and I want to develop a premium, modern, minimal interior design concept for every space—living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and all secondary areas.
I prefer clean lines, warm neutral palettes, wood + matte textures, soft indirect lighting, and purposeful statement pieces. The overall look must feel luxurious yet simple, with a cohesive aesthetic flowing throughout the home.
What I Need From You:
• Room-wise mood boards + refined color palettes
• Scaled floor plans with furniture layout & lighting plan
• Photorealistic 3D renders for all major spaces
• Material specifications that are practical, durable, and budget-friendly
• A sourcing list (India-friendly links preferred) for furniture, lights, and finishes
• A final style guide that keeps the entire home consistent during execution
Important Notes:
• Structural changes are minimal (standard apartment limitations)
• Electrical points are mostly fixed—lighting design must respect that
• Preference for sleek built-ins instead of bulky standalone items
• Design must be optimized for future resale value (neutral, timeless aesthetic)
Additional Note:
I’m actively involved in the buying and selling of residential properties, and I frequently work on investment-based interior upgrades. If the work and communication are strong, I will have multiple recurring projects. I’m looking for a designer who can become a long-term partner for future apartments and flip-oriented interior work.
