Modern Maisonette Photorealistic Design and rooms etc layout -- 2
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m re-planning a two-level maisonette—80 m² per floor, 160 m² in total—and I need a complete package that starts with a smart room layout and ends with stunning, magazine-worthy visuals.
Scope of work
• Space planning: refine the flow for all living areas, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms across both floors.
• Photorealistic visuals: deliver interior renders first (every key room), then exterior shots that match the same modern aesthetic.
What I’m after
• A clean, modern style throughout.
• Realistic lighting, textures and furnishings so I can “walk through” the design before any construction starts.
• Source files in your preferred 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar) plus high-resolution JPEG/PNG outputs.
Acceptance
Floor plans must show accurate dimensions; interior renders should reflect those plans exactly. Exterior images need to align with the final interior palette and openings. Two rounds of revisions included to fine-tune both layout and renders.
If you’re confident in turning plans into lifelike visuals, I’d love to see a small sample of previous work when you reply.
