Modern Luxe Living Room Render

Need a photorealistic 3D view of my living room, redesigned in a modern-luxe style exactly as outlined in the attached PowerPoint and reference photos. Every element in that deck—furniture layout, lighting features, art, accessories and small décor touches—must appear in the rendering.

Key guidelines
• Colour palette: neutral tones only, matched to the finishes and fabrics shown.
• Flooring: keep the existing surface exactly as it appears in the reference image; no material change.

Deliverables
1. High-resolution still render (minimum 4K) from the primary viewing angle.
2. Two supporting angles to illustrate depth and lighting.

Deadline - 3 days

Acceptance criteria
– All specified items from the PowerPoint are present and proportionally accurate.
– Realistic lighting that reflects a warm, high-end ambience without straying from the neutral palette.
– Texture fidelity on fabrics, metals and stone surfaces comparable to high-quality interior photography.

Once the final render meets these points, the project is complete.
