Modern Living Room Walkthrough -- 2

I need a polished 3D walkthrough that presents my interior design concept for a combined living-room TV unit and adjoining dining area. The style is firmly modern, so clean lines, subtle colour palettes and contemporary furniture choices should guide every decision.

What I expect to see on screen is more than basic geometry: the space must be fully dressed with sofas, media console, dining table, chairs, accent lighting and a few curated décor pieces so viewers immediately grasp scale and ambience. Smooth camera moves that linger on key design moments—such as the feature TV wall and the transition into the dining zone—will help me explain the flow to clients.

Realistic materials and balanced lighting are important, but absolute photorealism is not mandatory; consistent texturing, reflections and soft shadows that flatter the scheme will be enough. Please use whichever toolchain you are most comfortable with—3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, Lumion, or similar—as long as you can supply:

• One high-resolution MP4 walkthrough, around 60–90 seconds, in 1080p
• A few still renders (minimum 3) captured from the final scene for print boards
• Source file or export (FBX/OBJ) so I can tweak minor elements later
