Modern Living Room Redesigning -- 2

I’m ready to give my living room a fresh, modern makeover built around calm, neutral tones—think layered whites, warm greys and soft natural woods that keep the space bright but inviting. The room doubles as my daily lounge and an area for casual entertaining, so the design has to balance comfort, functionality and a sleek aesthetic.

Here’s what I’ll need from you:
• A mood board that captures the modern style and neutral palette we’ve agreed on.
• A scaled floor plan with clear furniture placement, traffic flow and lighting points.
• At least two high-quality 3D renders or photorealistic visualizations to help me picture the finished space.
• A detailed shopping list with links, approximate pricing and specification notes for furniture, lighting, textiles and accessories.
• A concise styling guide explaining how to pull the look together once everything arrives.

I’ll share room dimensions, photos and any existing pieces I want to keep as soon as we start. Feel free to work in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop or whichever design software you’re most comfortable with—just be sure to hand over editable source files along with final PDFs/JPEGs.
