Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a measured floor plan of my apartment and need a fresh, modern furniture layout for the living room area only. The space must comfortably hold a sofas and armchairs, a dining table for six, 2 Lazy boy chairs and a TV. I’m committed to a gray-and-blue palette, so please let those tones guide your choices for finishes, fabrics, and accents.
ATTACHED: FLOOR PLAN OF ENTIRE FLOOR. I NEED TO FOCUS ON THE HALL.
The job is largely about smart space planning: show me the optimal traffic flow, sight lines to the TV, and a balanced relationship between the lounging zone and the dining zone. I’d love to see your ideas translated into a clear, scaled furniture plan and—if you have the skill set—a 3D rendering that helps me visualize proportions, colors, and lighting.
Essential deliverables
• Scaled furniture layout over my supplied plan (PDF/DWG is fine)
• At least one high-quality 3D perspective of the proposed scheme (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar—your choice)
Optional but welcome
• Quick mood board or material swatches to illustrate the gray-blue concept
I’ll provide the floor plan immediately after we start; you return the layout, the render, and any supporting files so I can move forward with purchasing furniture and décor.
