Modern Living Room Interior Design

I need a fresh, modern interior concept for my living room. The project covers everything from overall layout to detailed furniture and lighting selections, with the goal of transforming the space into a clean, contemporary environment that feels both welcoming and stylish.

Scope of work
• Concept development: mood-board, color palette, materials and finishes that reflect a modern aesthetic.
• Space planning: scaled floor plan showing furniture placement and traffic flow.
• Visualisation: high-quality 3D renders or SketchUp/3ds Max views so I can clearly see the proposed look before implementation.
• Specification sheet: product list for furniture, lighting, fabrics, paint, and décor, complete with purchase links or supplier references.
• Revisions: at least one round of adjustments based on my feedback.

Acceptance criteria
✓ Final layout maximises seating without crowding the room.
✓ Lighting plan combines ambient, task, and accent fixtures and follows the modern theme.
✓ Colour and material choices remain neutral with a few bold accents, avoiding any traditional or minimalist deviation.
✓ All referenced items are available through online or local suppliers.

Please base drawings on standard metric dimensions; I will provide exact room measurements and photos once we start. Deliverables should come in PDF for 2D plans and JPEG/PNG for renders, with source files (DWG, SKP, or MAX) included at hand-off.
