Modern Living Room Design

The project involves creating a cohesive modern concept for my living room, built around a calm palette of neutral tones. I have no existing layout or mood board yet, so you will be shaping the entire visual direction—from space planning and furniture selection to lighting, textures, and finishing touches.

Please develop a clear floor plan and at least one high-quality 3D render (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable software are fine) so I can visualise the arrangement before ordering any pieces. A concise shopping list with exact furniture, décor, and paint specifications should accompany the visuals; links or SKU codes will help me source items quickly.

Deliverables
• Scaled floor plan with furniture layout
• 3D visualisations (minimum two angles) in neutral modern style
• Materials & colour board reflecting the agreed palette
• Itemised sourcing list with budget ranges

Acceptance criteria: the proposed design must keep traffic flow unobstructed, use only neutral hues (whites, greys, beiges, natural wood), and fit within a typical apartment-sized living room (approx. 20 m²). Revisions: one major and two minor rounds to fine-tune details once I review the first draft.

File formats requested: PDF for plans, JPEG/PNG for renders, and an editable list or spreadsheet for sourcing.
