Modern Interior 3D Room Model

I need a clean, photo-realistic 3D model of a single room that I can use to present a modern interior design concept to my client. The finished scene must clearly communicate layout, finishes, and atmosphere, so accuracy in proportion and material representation is crucial.

Scope
• One enclosed room (floor plan and reference photos will be provided as soon as we start).
• Modern style throughout: sleek lines, neutral palette with a few accent tones, and contemporary materials such as matte metals, glass, and light woods.
• All key elements must be present—furniture, lighting, and decor—arranged exactly to the plan.

Deliverables
1. Native project file from your preferred software (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Cinema 4D are all fine), fully textured and organized.
2. High-resolution still renders from at least three camera angles (minimum 4K).
3. An optional turntable or short fly-through (20–30 seconds) in MP4 if it can be produced from the same scene without heavy extra work.
4. A brief PDF or TXT explaining applied textures/shaders so future tweaks are straightforward.

Acceptance criteria
• Furniture dimensions match the drawings within ±2 cm.
• Lighting setup reflects warm 3000–3500 K fixtures with realistic falloff—no blown highlights.
• Final renders show no visible noise or fireflies.
• All textures are PBR and packed or linked correctly; no missing assets on load.

I’ll supply the DWG/PDF floor plan, inspiration images, and a mood board right after kickoff. Please let me know which tool you’ll work in, your estimated turnaround, and how many minor revisions you can accommodate before final delivery.
